- Noticing
	- precommit time with a plan
	- Most people don't lack motivation, they lack clarity 
- Wanting
    - design environment to promote good habits with a positive environment 
    - Put more steps between you and bad behaviour, les steps between you and good behaviour
- Doing
     - initially, doing is what matters. Get the reps in.
     - 2 min rule . Any habit can be started in 2 mins
     - Optimise for the starting line, not the finishing line
- Liking
     - short term feedback for rhe long term goal.
     - Never miss twice.
