| Cluster | %age of accounts | Notes/Comments |
| ------------------------------------- | ---------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------ |
| Multi-lingual spam | 16 | Peak activity on 2nd March. 28% accounts created in 2022. Peak account creation on 24th February and 2nd March. |
| Premoniantly South African | 14.6 | Peak activity on 3rd March. Distinct from Hindi/English clusters in that they had most original messages, highest median number of followers. Suggest organic activity. <40% on tweets on 3rd March were Russia related (lower than other clusters). |
| South African/Nigerian | 20% | Peak activity on 3rd March. 50% of tweets on 3rd March contained Russia-related keywords. Large spike in account creation in 2022. |
| Mixed Hindi/English Language Indian | 8.2% | High retweet ratios (~4.5x). Amplified pro-BJP, pro-Modi messages. Peak activity on 2nd March (~50% used Russia-related keywords), and increasing again close to 14th March (messaging about Kashmir Files - 94% of accounts mentioned the film between 11th and 18th March). Differed from other clusters in that there wasn't a 'sharp increase' in account creation dates in 2022 (there appeared to be a similar trend since 2020). |
| Predominantly English Language Indian | 19% | Also had high retweet ratios (~4.5x). Amplified pro-BJP messaging. Similar behaviour to Mixed Hindi/English set of accounts (peak on 2nd March - ~60% used Russia-related keywords, and then increasing again around March 13 - 100% of the accounts in the cluster mentioned Kashmir Files between 11th and 18th March). |
| Broad South and South East Asian | 10.8% | Accounts shared messages in "Hindi, English, Urdu, Malay and Javanese". Peak activity on 2nd March with ~50% using Russia-related keywords. In terms of accounts that were created in 2022, this cluster was similar to the 'Predominantly South African' one. |
| Tamil | 3.3% | Mostly Tamil-language accounts. Amplified content containing motivational quotes, IPL, references to Kashmir files and anti-BJP messaging. Despite this, invasion-related content was pro-Russia. Peak activity on 2nd March (and again rising towards 13th March) with a low proportion of accounts created in 2022 (this wasn't graphically represented like the other clusters though). |
| Primarily Pakistan, Some Iranian | 6.87% | Messages in Urdi, Sindhi and Farsi. Amplified pro-Imran Khan content. Peak activity on 2nd March with 40% of tweets using Russia-releated keywords. |
