# On a government information request disclosure code ## Content I wonder if companies in India will sign a voluntary government information request disclosure code. I suspect that even after accounting for confidentiality obligations (wherever applicable), there's probably a lot of..er... metadata they can release that will help us understand this better. Yes, I realise a likely response to this by governments will be to expand the scope of confidentiality/secrecy obligations.
